Welcome to the Artist's Alliance for Open IP.

Sharing = New Art

Did you know that deviantART's Copyright Policy does not allow any deviation to be submitted that is not original and owned by the poster unless that poster has granted express documented permission for another deviantART member to use, alter, and/or re-post that deviation to their own account? Did you know that deviantART will delete any deviation they think is in violation? That's right! And the deviantART Copyright Policy does not even allow deviations to be submitted under claim of "Fair Use". So while you may have seen countless deviations on the site which do not meet those conditions, that does not mean that those deviations will not be deleted, or worse, that the member will be banned from the site!

The purpose of this group is to encourage a less restricted culture of art by providing a framework policy of Open Intellectual Property (IP).

As a counter measure to deviantART's very restrictive Copyright Policy, this Alliance is intended to consist of artists with original artwork(s) and/or character(s) and/or photograph(s). AAOIP provides policies that are intended to work in conjunction with the legal protections of the Creative Commons Licenses, and with the artist's own stipulations of use. By joining this Alliance, AAOIP Member Artists are formally asserting that they are granting permission for deviantART members to freely alter and share their altered artwork under a Creative Commons Non-Commercial Share Alike license so long as it is only posted to that member's deviantART account, that it is not done for profit, and that the artist is notified and given credit. AAOIP's Terms and Restrictions provide additional conditions including artist overrides. All conditions are designed with the purpose of protecting the original artist while at the same time fostering new art through sharing.

He is best known for his original 3D renderings of extraordinarily muscular females, including the occasional animation in different file formats, and a few panel comic pages. He is a splendid photographer. Much of his photography is of females, including female bodybuilding, fitness, and figure competitors. And do not overlook his hand drawn artwork. • ~phenoms is best known for his many varied alterations of other's artwork and photography including muscle enhancements and muscle reductions to both photos and artwork, for both subtle and extreme modifications and manipulations, and for his signature tendency of reducing waists to be very small. He also has some original artwork which includes rough sketches, original character art, and the occasional animation or morph in both gif and swf formats.
